Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace
On June 24, 2021, UX in ATX hosted a paneled discussion on how to create a space at work where everyone can feel safe, accepted, and heard.
The topics included:
- How we as individuals can be more mindful in the work space.
- Education around creating a culture that is accepting and thoughtful.
- When and how to bring up uncomfortable topics.
- How to create a work space that appeals to everyone.
- When to stand up for yourself and others.
