Roles shift. Expectations change. Burnout happens. \n\n\n\nCareer Crossroads is a space to talk honestly about questions like: \n\n\n\n\nWhat’s next in my UX career?\n\n\n\nHow do I grow without becoming a manager?\n\n\n\nAgency vs. in-house vs. independent work\n\n\n\nNavigating burnout\, plateaus\, or transitions\n\n\n\n\nThis is conversation—not coaching or recruiting. \n\n\n\nWhat to expect\n\n\n\n\nCo-working or quiet reflection time to ease in\n\n\n\nOffice hours–style conversations around career questions\n\n\n\nOptional group share-out at the end for insights or resources\n\n\n\n\nCome with a question\, a story\, or just a listening ear. \n\n\n\nWho should come\n\n\n\n\nUX folks at any career stage\n\n\n\nPeople considering a change\n\n\n\nLeaders figuring out what “growth” means now\n\n\n\n\nStudents and early-career designers are welcome\, too. \n\n\n\nWhy “Unpolished”?\n\n\n\nBecause career questions are rarely tidy.
