About the Author:
Jeff Carpenter is a product and UX leader with 20+ years of experience building teams, launching startups, and designing products for millions of users. He’s founded 3 companies, led UX Design at Fortune 500s, and built 6 UX Teams from scratch. Along the way, he designed some of the very first mobile apps, some cool data visualization tools for Special Forces, and enterprise solutions for major banks, e-commerce, telecoms, and fintech.
