We’re always looking for help in organizing and coordinating events, creating content, and engaging with members of our online community.
We need help right now in the following areas.
Volunteer Opportunities
Slack Ambassador
Slack ambassadors will help get the conversation started and keep it going. We’re looking for a number of people who love communicating on Slack to welcome newcomers, spark conversations, and answer questions as needed.
Time commitment: 1hr or less per week
Conference Committee
Would you like to see UX in ATX host another virtual conference? yes, we would too! And we need a committee to help us do it. We’re ready to plan and coordinate our next virtual conference.
Time commitment: Starts slowly, but builds up as the conference nears
Event Logistics
Event logistics volunteers help us with the core of what we do — host events. We need help booking speakers, findings in-person venues, and making sure our team communicates the event with our members.
Time commitment: 1-2 hours per week
