Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace

We hosted a paneled discussion on how to create a space at work where everyone can feel safe, accepted, and heard.

The topics included:
– How we as individuals can be more mindful in the work space.
– Education around creating a culture that is accepting and thoughtful.
– When and how to bring up uncomfortable topics.
– How to create a work space that appeals to everyone.
– When to stand up for yourself and others.
