About our speaker
Lillian Hartman is an Innovation Designer at IBM, based in Austin, TX since 2019. She specializes in applying navigating Business Strategy through Design Thinking, working closely with clients nationwide to develop innovative solutions. Lillian’s role involves traveling for client engagements and designing & facilitating workshops to foster creativity and problem-solving.Beyond her work at IBM, Lillian serves as the Chief of Staff at the Young Women’s Alliance, where she advocates for initiatives supporting women’s empowerment.
With a background in UX/UI design, Lillian brings a human-centered and analytical approach to all of her projects, always striving to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
Outside of work, Lillian enjoys traveling, reading, and mentoring others. Her dedication to excellence and passion for driving positive change make her a respected figure in both the tech industry and her local community.
