Onboarding and Nurturing Junior Designers

More and more employers are posting openings for UX designers — often with 3 or more years of experience. This makes the job hunt frustrating for junior designers in need of a foot in the door, and employers could be missing out on talent eager to grow and learn. At the same time, employers may not have the resources available to grow and nurture junior designers to be productive team members.
